Dangerbird Records’ latest artist Delphic releases Acolyte today!

To encapsulate a sound that is combination of “anthemic”, “ethereal”, and “dancey”, I would have to go with the words “Delphic” or maybe “Acolyte”. Both have mysterious meanings with futuristic phonetics but with rooted definitions in ancient Greek and together it translates into pure new wave electro wizardry. Today, UK’s Delphic releases their album Acolyte on Dangerbird records. Run to your local record store or internet and snatch it up.

New Ed Vallance EP Release Today!

Today marks the release of Ed Vallance's new EP, The Summer Fire! The EP was produced by Mark Ephrain who has worked with the likes of the New Pornographers and Joan as Policewoman. “I’ve worked with a lot of producers,” said Vallance, “but there was an immediate musical chemistry with him and we hit it off from the word go. We went up to Montauk one weekend in August and just got completely engrossed in the demos. Mark instinctively knew what I was going for. It felt like the hand of fate or something.” The EP was recorded in Brooklyn where the former Londoner now resides.
