Protein World is a weight loss supplement that has a fat metabolizer, appetite suppressant, fatty acids, cleanser, and is a meal replacement.

The company stands by its product claiming it provides more energy, will boost your metabolism, and aid in toning up your body while flushing out toxins.  We will provide information regarding the quality of the ingredients, whether the product really works, customer opinions, and a whole lot more!

Protein World Ingredients:

Green Tea Extract:

The plant extract is usually brewed as a tea  and provides antioxidants and stimulants.  A review performed by the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health advised there have been reports of liver problems in people taking this as a concentrated green tea extract.

Serious liver problems can be detected through abdominal pain, yellowish skin, and dark urine.  People who believed green tea extract is safe, have suffered from organ damage.

It can possibly be unsafe when taken orally over a long period of time.

Some Side Effects:

Headaches, restlessness, and insomnia

Anxiety, tremors, and ringing in the ears

Rapid heart rate, cardiovascular problems, and irregular heart rates.

Diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting

Depression, irritability, and withdrawal symptoms.

Guarana Extract:

The seeds of this plant contain stimulant compounds and are used to increase energy, promote fat burning, and increase the metabolism.  It can be unsafe if taken orally in high doses over a long period of time.

Some Side Effects:

Confusion, muscle twitching, tremors

Anxiety, headaches, and stomach problems.

Sucralose:

This is an artificial sweetener that is 1,000 times sweeter than sucrose and can be potentially dangerous.  Even though sucralose is not intended to have adverse effects, it can raise blood sugar.

Choline:

This is a B vitamin that is commonly found in foods such as eggs, nuts, beans and meat.

Konjac Glucomannan:

Fiber extract is from the konjac plant. It’s used to regulate blood sugar and suppress appetite.

It’s often advised to drink plenty of fluids with it, as it can promote choking and blockages.

Yerba:

The leaves of this plant are often brewed into a drink. It has stimulant compounds and can stimulate the heart, muscles, and brain.  There are reports that it can increase the risk of kidney and bladder problems and possible lung cancer.

Caffeine:

Protein World stimulant contains 400 mg of caffeine per daily serving.  Though it meets the advised daily limit by health organizations, it’s the highest allowed and can cause extreme side effects.

Protein World’s diet pills are loaded with stimulants, possibly harmful additives, and ingredients that have not proven to promote weight loss.

There are also added stimulants in the meal replacement but it’s unclear to what level.

The Cost:

Their direct sales offer a weight loss package that has the appetite suppressant, fat burner, and meal replacement for $102.  It is unknown how long the product actually lasts.  There are too many cheap and common ingredients for the price and the only two worthwhile ingredients are Garcinia Cambogia and Whey Protein.

Customer Concerns & Final Words:

Customer comments have ranged from not losing any weight to dizziness and lightheaded. Others found the caffeine level made them very shaky and unable to sleep.  Other complaints ranged from rapid heart rate, nausea, and headaches.

It is strongly advised that you go over all the ingredients, know exactly what they are and whether there are potential risks involved.  The company and manufacturers have been given warnings by the UK government for false weight loss claims and the majority of reviews regarding the pills and meal replacements have been negative.
